This Privacy Policy explains how GGG Global LLC (“GGG Global,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit ggggloballlc.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it. It covers the Website only. Information we receive in other ways — for example under an agreement or offering document — is governed by the terms of that document.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and which language version of the Website you were reading. When you join our mailing list, we receive your email address and, if you provide it, your name. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — in order to deliver the Website and keep it secure. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Cookies and similar storage
The Website sets one cookie, named “locale,” which remembers the language you chose so that later visits open in that language. It lasts one year and is not used for tracking or advertising.
The Website also keeps a few settings in your browser only: whether you have already seen the opening animation during the current visit, and any options you choose in the accessibility menu. This information never leaves your device.
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. The Website will simply ask for your language again.
How we use information
- to respond to your inquiry and correspond with you;
- to send you the updates you asked for, if you joined our mailing list — you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@ggggloballlc.com;
- to operate, maintain and secure the Website;
- to comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our email, and only so that they can provide those services to us:
- our website hosting provider;
- the email delivery service that transmits form submissions to our inbox;
- the email providers that receive and store our correspondence.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records, and mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe. After that we delete or anonymize the information, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards suited to the information involved, and the Website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information — such as account numbers or identity documents — through the Website or by ordinary email.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@ggggloballlc.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires, we may need to verify your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. Depending on our size and activities, the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you rights to know, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as that law defines those terms. Under California Civil Code §1798.83 you may also ask whether we disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.
Visitors outside the United States. We are based in the United States, and information you send through the Website is processed there. Where the law of your country gives you rights over your personal information, you may exercise them by writing to info@ggggloballlc.com.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track visitors across websites and do not sell or share personal information, so these signals are honored by default.
Children
The Website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to info@ggggloballlc.com and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Website may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page shows when it last changed.
